Recently, Manisha has expanded her artistic repertoire by stepping into the world of theater, further deepening her understanding of performance and storytelling.

As Creative Director of Random Drifts Academy, she leads with a methodical approach, deep empathy, and grounded humility—qualities that elevate every project she touches. Her calm, collaborative presence makes working with her not just effective, but truly enjoyable.

Manisha plays a pivotal role in shaping the Academy’s creative programs, fostering a space where talent is nurtured, ideas are explored, and storytelling thrives.

Born and raised in India, Manisha is now a proud bay area resident where she lives with her husband, two kids and a furry baby!
