  • Submission fees, if applicable, will be listed on the official submission platform and festival website..

  • August 1st is the submission deadline for 2026.

  • Yes. Previously awarded films may still be eligible unless otherwise stated in category rules.

Jury & Selection Process


  • Jurors are experienced professionals, filmmakers, artists, educators, and industry experts selected by the festival.

  • Jurors are invited based on their experience, expertise, professional reputation, and ability to evaluate films fairly.

  • Jurors typically possess professional experience in filmmaking, acting, directing, writing, production, education, media, or related creative fields.

  • Jurors are expected to evaluate all submissions independently and fairly. Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed and managed according to festival policies.

  • No. Organizers, sponsors, partners, and donors have no authority to influence jury evaluations or final award decisions.

  • Films are evaluated using published criteria such as storytelling, creativity, technical execution, performances, originality, impact, and overall artistic merit.

  • Scores are compiled using a standardized scoring system. Final rankings are determined using aggregated jury evaluations.

Conflict of Interest & Fairness
