Vasanth Santosham
Vasanth Santosham is an actor, writer, and educator with over 25 years of experience in international film, television, and theater. Vasanth was featured opposite Martin Sheen, Kal Penn, and Mischa in the film Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain. He holds an M.A from the Moscow Art Theater School in Moscow, Russia. He is the co-founder of Studio Six Theater Company. He is based out of Phoenix, Arizona but splits his time between projects in Los Angeles and the Bay Area.

Shankey Srinivasan is an award winning filmmaker based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He moved from India to US to pursue degrees in Filmmaking and Engineering. His films have played at various film festivals around the world and have won awards in competition.

Shalini Datta
Shalini Datta is a multifaceted performer whose vibrant journey spans modeling, acting, dance, and emceeing. With a face that has graced campaigns for iconic brands like Tanishq and Levi’s, her modeling career reflects elegance and timeless appeal.
She began acting in the early ’90s, appearing in Punjabi films and TV shows on Doordarshan and Zee TV, where her expressive screen presence earned wide appreciation. Early contest wins added sparkle to her path and fueled her rise as a versatile performer.
In 2024, Shalini joined Random Drifts, a dynamic collective, where she plays a pivotal role in their flagship project Miss Matchmaker. Her performance brings heart, wit, and depth to the story, reaffirming her presence as a compelling on-screen talent.
Whether lighting up a ramp, stage, or screen, Shalini brings grace, charisma, and passion for storytelling to all she does.

Shalini is the founder of Crestan Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in compensation analysis, job architecture, and career framework solutions. Before launching Crestan, she held key roles at Gilead Sciences and Aon, where she honed her expertise in compensation strategy within the life sciences sector.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Shalini is passionate about the creative arts. She is an actor and a long-time collaborator with Random Drifts, contributing to award-winning films that challenge social norms and stereotypes. As a driven performer, Shalini regularly sings at fundraisers, private events, and stage shows. She is also pursuing classical Indian dance and enjoys curating joyful, memorable gatherings. Embracing life one vibrant day at a time, Shalini's multifaceted interests reflect her dedication to both her career and creative passions.

Neeraj Sehajpal
With over three decades of experience in the technology sector, Neeraj Sahejpal has held leadership roles in both early-stage ventures and prominent companies like Qualcomm, Nvidia, and Broadcom.
Neeraj is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs through seed-stage investments and guiding them through the complexities of launching and scaling their ideas. Random Drifts Academy exemplifies his dedication, serving as an initiative aimed at making a significant positive impact within the community.
Having joined Random Drifts in its formative stages, Neeraj has contributed significantly to governance and even participated as an actor in several productions. Going forward, he plans to continue focusing on governance and financial management to support the organization's sustained growth and success.

Dr. Devendra Sharma
Professor Dr. Devendra Sharma is an internationally acclaimed filmmaker, actor, writer, and scholar, as well as a leading exponent of North India’s traditional Sāngīt, Rahas Svāng, and Nautanki musical theatre. A seventh-generation artist, he carries forward a rich legacy rooted in the royal courts of Awadh, with a family lineage honored by India’s highest cultural awards, including the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award and Padma Shri.
With over 1,000 performances worldwide, Dr. Sharma has played a pivotal role in bringing Svang-Nautanki to global stages across the United States and Europe. He is a recipient of the prestigious Hewlett 50 Arts Commission and currently serves as a senior tenured Professor of Communication, Social Influence, and Performance at California State University.
Dr. Sharma’s career spans film, television, theatre, and academia. He has collaborated with renowned filmmaker Shyam Benegal, acted in the series Samvidhaan, and directed multiple films and television productions. His academic journey includes teaching and residencies at leading institutions such as the University of Oxford, Columbia University, and UC Berkeley, among others.
A pioneer in using performance for social impact, he has led large-scale cultural campaigns with organizations including the United Nations and Johns Hopkins University, reaching thousands through folk theatre. His recent book, Nautanki: The Musical Theatre of North India (Bloomsbury, 2025), further cements his role as a global authority on traditional performance forms.
